When everything got loud, the next corner made it simple.

Avi Malavalli's journey began at just six years old, when a casual karting session in Bahrain became the moment that changed everything. What started as a childhood fascination quickly developed into a relentless pursuit of speed, performance and a place among the world's best racing drivers.

After building his foundations in karting across Bahrain and India, earning championship success and consistent podium finishes, Avi began representing India internationally. A standout performance at the Dubai 12-Hour Nations Cup saw him finish fifth among drivers representing 46 countries, proving that he could compete on a global stage.

He then made the transition from karts to racing cars, entering Indian Formula 1300 competition with limited experience but immediately establishing himself as one of the country's most promising young drivers. As a rookie, he broke into the top ten, secured overall podiums, recorded fastest laps and fought his way through the field against far more experienced competitors. His performances also earned him Formula 4 opportunities, where he stepped into a F4 race without any testing or experience, and managed to finish P2 rookie and P4 Overall. This demonstrates his adaptability and natural pace.

But Avi's ambition was never limited to racing in India.

Determined to build an international career, he took the next major step, leaving the familiar circuits of India behind and moving into the highly competitive world of European GT racing. After months of preparation and development, he joined Toro Verde GT for the Porsche Sprint Challenge Great Britain, beginning his journey in the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport.

The move from India to Europe represents far more than a change of championship. It is the story of a young Indian driver entering one of the toughest motorsport environments in the world, competing against established European talent while building his career from the ground up.

Avi is not simply racing for results. He is racing to prove that talent can emerge from anywhere, that an Indian driver can succeed at the highest level of international endurance racing, and that the distance between Bangalore and Le Mans can be conquered one lap at a time.
